How to register a customer


How to register a customer: 

Sign into your account:

Click on Customer:

 

Search Customer by name or email: Confirm Customer Identity and Ticket Type:



 Click Customer Details: 

Select the barcode field:

Grab Relevant Wristband: Scan RFID:

The Barcode now shows the scanned digits from the RFID wristband:


Click Save:

Click Registration:

Click Payment : Validate

 


  *You will not be able to Validate without Identifying the Customer: Click on Customer Account:


 You are now on final screen with a receipt for the transaction.


*Make sure to ask customer if they want the receipt to be emailed.

Put on the wristband on Customers Preferred Hand.

You are finished!
