Day 1 on Lake Cobbosseecontee
Hooked a giant largemouth.
Felt the weight.
Lost it at the hole.
That was our only big opportunity of the day.
Day 2? Different story.
We ran it back, trusted the process, and put an 18-inch 3-pound largemouth on the ice. Hardwater bass fishing isn’t fast. It’s patience, mobility, and mental toughness, especially in a Maine winter.
This two-day trip reminded us why we built Hooknworm in the first place. It’s about the grind. The setbacks. The comeback.
